If not otherwise specified, we expect your order to be picked up. We suggest, whenever possible, that
you call for your order, as you will likely get your trees earlier. A tarpaulin for covering the roots should
always be brought along. Delivery with our truck is charged at cost and added to your invoice. Small
orders are shipped by an LTL carrier or courier F.O.B. Carlisle, Ontario. All nursery stock forwarded by
commercial carriers travels at the risk of the consignee. Claims regarding shortages, etc. must be
reported to our office, in writing, writing, within 10 days of delivery.
